At Naked Wardrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on eligible items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and liners attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to receive and inspect your items.
Receive Store Credit
After inspection, a digital gift card for the purchase amount (minus shipping fees) will be issued to your email for use on any future Naked Wardrobe order.
